The first Ground Plane Antenna Workshop organized by the Amateur Radio Society Bangladesh (ARSB) on May 18, 2024, at Bishwo Shahitto Kendro in Dhaka was a notable event. It saw the participation of over 30 individuals, including HAM operators and officials from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
The workshop provided a valuable platform for participants to learn about the design and construction of ground plane antennas. The hands-on sessions were particularly beneficial, allowing attendees to build their own antennas with guidance from experienced operators. This event not only enhanced technical skills but also fostered a sense of community among amateur radio enthusiasts.
